Model

We use acknowledged, extensive research and apply a model of training which is based on cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) and organisational training principles. This model is used to improve attitudinal styles and is delivered over a number of short sessions to allow the behaviours to be practised at work between the sessions and consolidated. Training programmes generally last between 6 to 12 weeks depending on individual needs. Post programme evaluation and reinforcement is carried out at various times after training is completed. This approach minimises disruption and maximises impact for the business.

Assessing and identifying your needs

Our first step is to carry out a learning needs assessment and analysis to determine the individual, team and organisation’s prerequisites. This is undertaken to ensure the personal development learning is linked to business results and required expectations. At this stage we produce a preliminary proposal document with recommendations for a suitable programme.

Our aim is to improve job performance by focusing on learning outcomes that build on existing effective traits and improve attitudes and behaviours. Customised learning and evaluation plans are tailored for your specific needs. We then produce a comprehensive programme plan based on client objectives.

Prepared for you

Customised learning materials are developed to support the learning process and objectives. For example, evaluation tools such as pre and post course surveys and trainer reports. Communication tools including exercises, case studies, individual and group activity material are prepared. Materials are developed with both visual and audio resources.

Positively reinforce

After executing the training, we obtain feedback from the learners to evaluate the success of the programme. Evaluation is undertaken to ensure that individual, team and organisation prerequisites were met. Opportunities for continuous improvement or further learning are also identified and communicated back to the client. Finally we carry out a post programme follow-up to ensure learning outcomes are transferred back into the workplace and we evaluate the business impact.
