We use acknowledged, extensive research and apply a model of training which is based on cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) and organisational training principles. This model is used to improve attitudinal styles and is delivered over a number of short sessions to allow the behaviours to be practised at work between the sessions and consolidated. Training programmes generally last between 6 to 12 weeks depending on individual needs. Post programme evaluation and reinforcement is carried out at various times after training is completed. This approach minimises disruption and maximises impact for the business.

Customised learning materials are developed to support the learning process and objectives. For example, evaluation tools such as pre and post course surveys and trainer reports. Communication tools including exercises, case studies, individual and group activity material are prepared. Materials are developed with both visual and audio resources.
After executing the training, we obtain feedback from the learners to evaluate the success of the programme. Evaluation is undertaken to ensure that individual, team and organisation prerequisites were met. Opportunities for continuous improvement or further learning are also identified and communicated back to the client. Finally we carry out a post programme follow-up to ensure learning outcomes are transferred back into the workplace and we evaluate the business impact.
